AIP Ltd. is manufacturer of round steel link chains. Production plant is situated in Gliwice, Poland, with 100 years manufacturing tradition. Chains are manufactured according to DIN and ISO standards (as well as to Polish Standards (PN) and AIP Manufacturer's specification). We produce chains of Grade 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8; in dimensions from 8 up to 18mm. Our offer includes chains with a broad variety of applications, for - agricultural chains for agricultural machinery and equipment, transportation vehicles, - mining chains, - square steel chains for forestry, - technical tested chains for industrial and common use, - high strength lifting chains, - untested chains for general purpose, - stainless chains. AIP GmbH ist ein Hersteller von Rundstahlketten. Produktionsstätte befindet sich in Gleiwitz, Oberschlesien in Polen, mit 100 Jahren Herstellungstradition. Unsere jährliche Produktionskapazität beträgt über 3000 Tonnen. Herstellung von Ketten nach DIN- und ISO-Normen (sowie nach polnischen Normen (PN) und AIP Herstellerspezifikation). Wir produzieren Ketten der Klasse 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 und 8; der Abmessungen von 8 bis 18mm. Unser Angebot umfasst Ketten für verschiedene Anwendungen, wie folgt: - Landwirtschaftliche Ketten für landwirtschaftliche Maschinen und Ausstattung, Transportfahrzeuge, - Bergbauketten, - quadratische Forstketten - geprüfte technische Ketten für industrielle und allgemeine Verwendung, - hochfeste Hebeketten, - nicht geprüfte Ketten für allgemeine Verwendu

Usługi, które świadczymy: - Cięcie blach laserem do 4000 x 2000 mm, grubość 25 mm; - Cięcie blach plazmą do 6000 x 2000 mm, grubość 40 mm; - Cięcie blach grubych gazem ze sterowaniem CNC do 6000 mm x 2000 mm, grubość 150 mm; - Cięcie wodą do 4000 x 2000 mm, grubość maksymalna 200 mm; - Gięcie do długości 4000 mm z naciskiem 320 ton przy bardzo bogatym magazynie narzędzi gnących, które pozwalają na gięcie nawet bardzo skomplikowanych elementów; - Zwijanie blach do długości 3000 mm i grubości do 25 mm; - Cięcie piłą elementów o długości do 12000 mm i średnicy 300 mm; w tym rur i profili - Wykonujemy także wiercenie, gwintowanie, fazowanie otworów, a także nitowanie czy montaż nitonakrętek, wstrzeliwanie czy zgrzewanie komponentów. - Satynowanie stali - Spawanie stali czarnej metodą Mag i stali nierdzewnej metodą TIG - Pakowanie elementów na zgrzewarce próżniowej Zapraszamy do kontaktu: sales@estimet.com Siedziba firmy: ul.
