BASALT ROPES S1 AND BASALT ROPES FILLED S1 They are manufactured from basalt textured yarn by knitting on braiding cylinder heads with use of standard crochet-type joining of yarn (S1). Such a method brings about a lot of air trapped inside the rope, which enhances its insulating properties. Application: as the sealing for the bridges between chimney systems and heating units, as well as the sealing for fireplace doors, furnace doors or heating boiler doors. There are two versions: with or without the core. The type of raw material increases the temperature resistance up to 700 degrees Celsius.

The elastic tapes are manufactured by use of braiding machines as single products or formed by flattening the sleeve (double-layer tapes – the best sold version). The material used for production is glass silk. Such a technique enables an accurate performing a particular product. The version with the reinforced braided tape is also available and is an excellent option for sealing the separated surfaces. The described products are also available in an impregnated (dyed) version. In such a case, we use soot or graphite dispersions with increased temperature resistance - 400 degrees C and 500 degrees C respectively. There is also a self-adhesive version available, with mounting or temperature glue, as well as the sewn tape version (up to 300 degrees C.) Size range: - width: from 5 to 20mm - thickness: from 0,1 to 2mm
