Kharkiv IT cluster is a public organization, which unites the leading companies in the Information Technology (IT), Software Development and Applications, Business Outsourcing Projects (BOP), which are supported by local authorities and higher education institutions have taken the initiative for comprehensive changes in the IT ecosystem of the city. The objectives of “MAXNET” and the vision of the Kharkiv region coincide with the mission of the IT cluster. Therefore, on December 23th LLC. “MAXNET” became the first telecom operator, entered the list of participants of the IT Cluster and plans to participate actively in its projects.
