A client in the field of agricultural machinery has been using the system paint concept from our company for years. In this segment, there is a constant demand for higher-quality surfaces. FreiLacke improved the formulations in the wet paint structure to reduce density, which led to a sustainable reduction in VOC emissions and a significant acceleration of drying times. The optimised paint build-up is ideally suited for industrial goods and construction machinery of all kinds. Primer and topcoat, are solvent-based and based on polyurethane / isocyanate-crosslinking polyacrylate resin as binder. The top coat is available in "high gloss" quality. In addition to the required high corrosion protection, the primer offers good adhesion to various substrates - these include steel, also blasted or iron-phosphated, as well as stainless steel. The matching UHS topcoat UR1447N is characterised by good flow and application properties.
